BELMONT TRANSFORMATION
This second phase of a full home renovation and addition was completed just in time to be a perfect haven for a pandemic. The home includes offices for two working professionals, a basement fitness room, a loft-like family room and an outdoor kitchen/eating area. The original house was bunker-like with little exterior character and a lack of connection to the landscape. An intense collaboration with the Interior Designer and Landscape Architect helped us achieve a radical transformation. The home now welcomes family, visitors and clients with practical and appealing modifications. A new upper level is the parent’s retreat with views out over the Boston skyline.
