Warren Avenue Apartments

This mod-rehab project involved strategic upgrades to 30 affordable rental-housing units located across 6 historic row house buildings in Boston’s South End neighborhood. Last renovated in the late 1990’s, the scope of work included: upgrades to heating and ventilation systems; improvements to life-safety systems (including installation of a full sprinkler system); creation of an onsite water management system; restoration of historic exterior facades; as well as updates to fixtures and finishes in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. We collaborated directly with residents and the Board of Directors throughout the process.
